Reprise Coffee has a main focus on sustainability through award winning coffees. We make delicious lattes, pourovers, teas and much more!
Why did you start this business? If you were a superhero, what would your origin story be?
I started Reprise Coffee because I wanted to bring city quality coffee to the North Shore.
What's the story behind the name of your business?
It’s named after Frank Sinatra’s record label that later influenced The Rat Pack.
Did you choose the Main-Dempster Mile? Or did it choose you? Tell us the story of selecting your location.
We selected this location based on public transportation and the existing businesses in the area so I guess you can say we chose the Main Dempster Mile :)
What sets your business apart from others that sell the same products?
We’re collectively owned by a coffee farmer, coffee roaster and baristas! Our coffee has won medals for excellent quality in the biggest coffee competition in the world- Golden Bean!
What advice would you give to someone who was thinking about opening a business?
Be true to your mission statement; Don’t sacrifice quality for profits.
